I posted an intro here a while back (a long while back) and never returned. I suppose I just wasn't ready.

I've never really been serious about dieting, I've been serious about not wanting to be fat, but when it actually came down to the nitty gritty I backed off. Now I've lost 22 pounds, the most I've ever lost, and feeling like I can do it this time. After BALLOONING up to 311 lbs., a personal BEST, I watched that weird juicing movie Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead and it...you know...kind of changed my life. Just a little bit.

I've never been into fad stuff, as an eternal skeptic. However, juicing really kick-started this weight loss era for me. I've been doing pretty well with just my mom for support, but since I'm serious this time (TOTALLY SERIOUS) I think I can open up more to a larger community. I've always been very, very personal about my weight issues. Phew, hopefully this is it.

Welcome back! Just keep in mind that the man who did that movie was being supervised by doctors. Also, it's really just a feature length advertisement for juicers.
