I have met my goal of 145lbs! I am now going to set a new goal.....well after I get back from Europe I want to get the last bit of flab off. I am not sure how low I can get on weight, but I just want to look less plump haha! This weight is the lowest I have been in my adult life..

In college I maxed out at 195....lost 50 lbs in a year...then regained up to 160.....then went to the academy for my new job...got back down to 145.....then gained up to 160...again......and now 145 again! Now the next big challenge is to see if I can get my body in even better shape!
