I have no idea how much I walked. I did run around 7 times at the beginning of the relay. I think I'll just add 5 miles to what I have done. I'm sure it was much more than that, but I didn't run enough!!

I didn't make my goal....was short 3 miles BUT I'm very happy because I also DID jump rope, play basketball and did sit-ups! I'm going for 35 Miles next Month and try hard to make it!!! :cb:

Hey everyone we had a wonderful month.
Sherry I just thought of something........is it possible that with your computer skills you could track our distance from this month and pick everyone up in the states and meet at my place for a pool party? If we could figure out the distance from Shelley's to nashville to canada we could go on a virtual trip.
What do you girls think? That could give us an incentive to get together and have the goal of a pool party at my place....lol
