Fitness Blender has several full length (free!) videos for exercising at home either using your own body weight or with simple equipment. Several types of exercises, all searchable by type, target area, or key term, and the best thing about them? They are very basic in production. No cheesy music, no overly enthusiastic trainer. Just a voice over, with a person doing the exercise so you can see form. The videos also have a difficulty rating from 1-5 on the side to give you an idea of what to expect.
They also have several printable routines, some are free and others are sold as inexpensive ebooks.
According to the "about" page, it's done by a married couple using a walled in garage and a spare bedroom as their studio and office. I Love it and thought I'd share.
