Default Legs progress: getting ready for summer
Well I decided to finally do a comparsion of my legs. This is me at 184lbs 56lbs gone and what I looked like in short shorts last year and what I look like now. I am so pleased what squats and lifting heavy is doing for my body! Yes I have big bones and muscles, but that's ok I've come to accept that and decided to work it Can't wait for summer to see what they look like then! WAHOOOOO! Thanks for sharing my joy

We're about the same weight and height! I work out my legs a lot too, but they certainly DO NOT look as good as yours you should be proud!
