Question The diet solution program...

[I don't know why I censored it but I did...]

Anyway First of all...
Hey Everyone
I'm Ellie and this is my first day [and first post here]
Looking forward to make progress in my weight loss journey and meeting fellow dieters.

I don't know if any of you have heard about "the diet solution program"
Basically it's about eating foods that keep your blood sugar level at 90
What the program promisses
Not a fad diet.
No calorie counting.
No starvation etc

What the program is actually about..
No bread of any kind (including brown bread)except for sprouted grain bread
No pasta of any kind (also including wholemeal pasta)
No drink of any kind except water..
No dairy
No soy milk and soy products
No processed foods or sugary foods [obviously]
No fake butters or margerine
No cereals of any kind except oatmeal
Only cooking oils allowed are olive oil, cocunut oil
Organic produce are adivsed such as organic meat, butter, eggs etc
btw you can have natural almond and peanut butter

Okay so i see the point with processed sugary foods. fake butter and margerine [trust me real butter is much better and you should not be afraid of it], white processed wheat I think we all do
But wholemeal?? Dairy?? Most cereals??
I know that even if they're targeted as healthy you have to be carefull when you buy brown bread etc because of the sugar content.
But to me this sounds like a crash diet or a fad at least
What you guys think??

To me it sounds like a slightly less strict version of the Paleo diet. With paleo you'd also skip the oatmeal and all bread, as well as the peanut butter. It requires quite a commitment, but it's worked really well for me so far.

You can have coffee and tea on paleo, but without creamer. I don't think you're supposed to drink soda, but I haven't cut out the Diet Coke completely.
