Hello everyone. I'm new here. I have a lot of health issues and I'm trying to lose weight so I can be healthier. It's been really hard though. I'm only twenty years old and I weight over two hundred and fifty pounds. I've tried a lot of diets but nothing seems to work. My mother recommended this website to me and she's a member as well. I hope that this website will provide support and help me out!!

It's great you have your mom to support your weight lose journey as well, you guys can make sure each other stay on track!

I personally found making small healthier changes one at a time has worked for me so far. It's definitely been a slow journey but part of it was changing my mindset and that's taken the longest. Though you may be one of those people who can jump in head first and get it done!

Good luck on your way to health! It might be bumpy at times but it's definitely possible just look at all the success stories on the site!
