I've been actively pursuing a healthier lifestyle for about 6 years now and can not believe I never knew this place existed.
I have currently been at a plateau for the past 8 months and it's getting a bit disheartening - any ideas, or forums to point a newbie to that may help?

Plateaus SUCK! I have been at one for about 3 months now and have tried a number of ways to break though but have not really had any success so I am sorry I do not have any great ideas.
Keep going and stay committed. You have come so far, you ROCK!
