198.6 last week I binged and I gained like 4-5 lbs so that set me back and I had to lose the same weight all over again, but on a better note I'm 1lb down

I am at 188 today but getting back to be on track after the scale said 184 and a couple days later it was 189.

Holy crap, if you start losing weight and you lost a lot, it's water weight right? Cus I lost about 6 lbs in total and it's only been a week, if even a week. I'm happy, but I don't wanna lose it THAT fast, LOL. My diet completely did change 180 degrees tho... eating a lot healthier now.

I'm 154 now.

Very stressful week and my appetite was off - thankful that happened instead of stuffing my face. lOL
