Exclamation i can't get myself to stick to anything

ok, so i have one more thing that's stopping me from getting where i want to be. i have absolutely no discipline, even when i want so bad to stop my bad habits. it just seems like i want to eat more. do any of you guys have any idea of how i can get myself to stick to it? i know everything tastes better if i just have it once in a while instead of all the time but i just can't say no to anything and even when we don't have anything bad in the house i just end up eating something i don't even like just because it's there!!!

I think it's important to start with a menu. Write down everything you will eat for the day and stick to it. Don't worry about tomorrow. Just do it for one day. That's it. Once you do that, you start all over again the next day. It sounds simple...one day at a time...but it really works. Also, if you do slip (and most of us do), pick yourself up just as soon as you can and get back on that track. Finally, I think exercise is important...even if it's just walking....getting your blood circulating helps with so many aspects of weight loss.

Luckymommy is right on. That's the only way I've been able to stick to anything. Write down my plan for the entire day and follow it.
