Talking Losing weight with PCOS
Hi everyone!! I am new to the forum (obviously.) I would love to meet other people who are trying to lose weight. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, and it can be very difficult to drop the pounds. At the advice of my nutritionalist I am currently on a low-carb diet, and it has been working well. My start weight was 240, and I am currently at 221. My goal is to drop 61 more pounds in 6 months.

Welcome to the forum! Congrats on your 20 lb loss! There are many people on this forum who suffer from PCOS on this site so I am sure you will get a ton of support and information here.
