Let's use this to help and support each other as well as challenge ourselves to make some amazing differences between now and June 30th. Three whole months to make a difference!
If you're up for a weekly weigh in between now and then, with various mini challenges to keep us on track and motivated, please get involved.
We'll need starting weights and goals for the challenge by April 1st, which is a week on Sunday. Then all we need to do is post a weight each week and keep each other going!
Starting measurements/pictures are optional, as are exercise/fitness goals people would like to include for the challenge, as well as eating/food goals. Use this challenge to help you in anyway you would like!
If you post on here if you're taking part, I'll add you to this top post, and then add starting weights/goal weights as and when people post them nearer to the date
