Default UK Chicks - Come and Challenge Yourself - SIGN UP HERE!

Hi everyone

Let's use this to help and support each other as well as challenge ourselves to make some amazing differences between now and June 30th. Three whole months to make a difference!

If you're up for a weekly weigh in between now and then, with various mini challenges to keep us on track and motivated, please get involved.

We'll need starting weights and goals for the challenge by April 1st, which is a week on Sunday. Then all we need to do is post a weight each week and keep each other going!

Starting measurements/pictures are optional, as are exercise/fitness goals people would like to include for the challenge, as well as eating/food goals. Use this challenge to help you in anyway you would like!

If you post on here if you're taking part, I'll add you to this top post, and then add starting weights/goal weights as and when people post them nearer to the date

I would like to be 210lbs by the end of June, although I would like to be there by 23rd June as that's when we go away on holiday, so wont be about in the last week.

Will post my weight next sun

Looking forward to the challenge.

Me!! My goals are to be at target by then (9lb to go) and, more than anything, to get serious with toning up exercises to combat some of these flabby bits! I'm not good with exercise...am a lazy moo at heart so all encouragement is welcome.

So..challenge start weight is 149lb (god it feels good to say that out loud )
April 1st target: 2lb
End June target...being and staying at ultimate target and inch loss.

My target for the end of June is to be 189lbs, 13 and a half stone. That would be a current weight loss of 20lbs, breaking it down to 7lb per month.

I like that we're all going for achievable goals! The number of people that walk into my SW group and say "I want to be losing at least a stone per month, etc..."!! Always frustrates me because they tend to give up quickly when they don't see massive losses every week no matter how much you try to encourage them. It's a long journey, and the right outlook from the start means more chance of success.

Don't get me wrong, I've been down the other road - numerous times - I've just finally figured out what does actually work.

Me too starting weight 179lbs goal 160lbs by end of June.

I used to love (and fail) the monthly support threads so count me in!

Erm.... 214 to 199lbs by the end of June - oh to be in onderland again

And just 1.6lbs per week, so it should be doable!

fab to see this thread getting interest, I know if we get a group of us together to spur each other on, we will reach those targets

I've aimed big, but would be thrilled to anywhere within reach of target weight by then

I'll have a go at making a google excel doc for us all to keep check on our weights? Or would people rather just post on here?

Please can we have weekly challenges and mini awards every now and again? It all helps me so much keep on track!

I consistently fail challenge threads (mostly courtesy of my going out) but love doing them. I find the encouragement really helpful. i always leave group really motivated but that tends to wane during the week so it's nice to have somewhere to go to get a top up

What happens when people click this link? Can you see a spreadsheet? So far only with a title n a couple of headings? Can you edit it? Does anyone understand google docs better than me and want to make us a spreadsheet?! If not, no worries, I'll play around with it tomorrow and see where we get!
