Default I messed up today :(

I feel so bad I messed up bad today and I was doing so good I was down to 279.5 on the scale and was finally happy to be out of the 80s I'm sure it will be up like 5 lbs or so for a week now I had burger king a med fry and almost a whole whopper AND a spicy chicken sandwich and I had a large caramel cooler from caribou coffee

I'm not giving up or anything just wanted to post cuz I feel horrible about it. I'm going to go outside and exercise still today but I don't feel very good obviously from eating that junk so that is going to not be fun too. Think I am going to fast for a few days to make up for it also.

I had a greek yogurt too today for breakfast cuz I was planning on doing good so thats even more calories I think it was 2000 or so maybe more.

We all have bad days. Good for you for getting back on track. Don't beat yourself up about it. Life happens.

We all have our bad days! And we all slip up every now and then, what matters is that you don't give up! Hang in there and congrats on going out to exercise after!

Thanks NEMom I wonder why I am so weak though I only can stick to my diet perfectly for about a week or so at a time without messing up when a lot of people I have seen on here stick to theirs 100 percent for months or a whole year or more hopefully I will come to that point at some time.

Like the others said - we all have bad days. Don't continue the rest of this day as "bad"... start over now!. And remember this feeling next time you are craving an excess of fast food

I am pretty certain you couldnt have eaten 5 pounds worth of food...water, water, water, and watch what you eat....you will go up due to sodium...things will come back down in a day or two

I just added it all up--under a pound for sure and that does not take into account any calories burned during the course of the day..

we have all screwed up...dont let the binge dicate your day, your week or your month..you got this one and you know just what to do.

It's perfectly normal and understandable to have days when you give in to your cravings. What's important is that you are not giving up and are still committed to your goals. And I agree with what everyone already said, that's definitely not 5 pounds, so don't be to hard on yourself.

We all mess up and have those days. For instance, my oldest son has Asperger's Syndrome, and we're trying to reduce his gluten intake. I've been trying out some recipes (cookies!) and of course I've had too many. Still within my calories, but too much sugar - on the plus side - no wheat! Just pick yourself up and keep going.

I know how you feel! Last night I had my fav. fatty meal - LOADS of pasta with sauce, ricotta, shredded mozzerella salt & pepper...ugh so bad for me but so good - I was angry but, you have to remember it's just ONE meal and you can work out and eat better to erase that!
