I have started the Adkins Diet, and I am in the induction phase. I have just started and I was wondering if anyone knew why I am craving carbs so much now. I can not completely eliminate carbs in my household, as my family needs them because of cretin medical issues with some. Any way to curve my cravings to something else? Please help!

Probably because when you give yourself a limit on anything you want it even more. Plus your body is used to having it. Happens when you eliminate anything that its used to having regularly. Give it some time and tell yourself a firm No.
Ah, thanks for the links! After thinking about it, I realize that Iwant this weight off more than I want this peice of bread or whatnot. Thanks for the replies!
Take 3 raw large carrots, and peel the skin off.
Then, use the same peeler to slice off spaghetti / fettucine like strands.
Do this until the carrot is no longer peelable; cut the remains into small pieces.
Throw it all into a skillet with cooking spray, and sautee with a litte honey, soy sauce, ginger, and onion slices if you'd like.
Reminds me of pasta. You can also do this with zucchini!!!
