Hey everyone
I've been hanging in there. I'm tracking my food, and getting in some fruits and veg. I need to push myself on the movement.
I've got a yearly doctor check-up this week, so I'd like to see the scale down a few pounds since my last visit, as well as have all my numbers in order.
The usual applies to me this week... track, more fruits & veg are a plus, movement, positivity, accept one day at a time.
