Hey everyone

I've been hanging in there. I'm tracking my food, and getting in some fruits and veg. I need to push myself on the movement.

I've got a yearly doctor check-up this week, so I'd like to see the scale down a few pounds since my last visit, as well as have all my numbers in order.

The usual applies to me this week... track, more fruits & veg are a plus, movement, positivity, accept one day at a time.

Ugh....my weekend was just one binge after another!!! I still managed to hit the gym, but I am up about 4 pounds from last Thursday and at a number I haven't seen in awhile. So frustrating!!!

My goal for this week is to get right back into it...track, make good choices, gym, and TONS of water!!!

Mainly I need to stay away from the Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs!

Well I knew I would be up but this is a new week and I plan on making better choices and get to the gym for some cardio.

I need to find a new work out routine that keeps me excited...this past one kept me going for 6 months but now I am bored with it and do not look forward to going to the gym. What do you all do for exercise?

WI today and I'm down 3 lbs.

This week I am going to continue to drink as much water as possible, stick to my planned menu, and get in lots of veggies.

I lost 0.4 for the week. Small loss but means a total of 95.0 lost so far whee. The big 1-0-0 is starting to feel like it's getting close...

But what I'm really excited about, my worries about the 5k were unfounded, I was able to run the whole thing! I've been running anywhere from 2.5 to 4.5 miles on the treadmill at a slight incline for a while now, depending on the pace and how I felt on that day, but just started running outside a week ago which felt harder to me. But this went well and the weather was perfect. It took me 35:06 so I'd like to work on my pace some more, but there should be lots of great outdoor running weather for a while.

Had a horrible week last week because of all my water weight I held onto because of sodium, lost almost all of what I gained last week. I think this next week is going to be a good one!

Well the gain I had on Monday is slowly creeping back down...so yeah I hope to keep this trend until next Monday I want to make my goal this time around. If I can't make my goal at least break out of the 150's

keeping my fingers crossed and my tracking accurate

Default My week 4

I am so releived that I lost back the weight I gained now I am at my starting weight as of yesterday. And this morning I was down another .5 but I will wait until next week to see if it 'sticks' LOL

Lovely I hope all is well with you? You are usually so on top of this thread but heck life gets in the way for everyone

To the rest of us chickes I hope you are having an awesome week
