Question measuring???

I have finally got a cloth tape measurer.....and took the dang numbers Not happy with myself but I knew it would be bad. Anyhow, how often do you take your measurements? I am thinking that weekly would really be too often.

About once a month is good. I am so glad I took measurements along the way.

I've never tried to measure myself but Curves measures its clients once a month, when they get weighed for an "official" report on progress.

I agree with once a month. Those measurements don't go down very quickly. On good months I lose an inch from waist, hips, chest and .5 from arms and thighs. Some months only some of those numbers move and sometimes none of them move!

I just measured myself yesterday and it didn't feel great at all. But, it will feel great when I measure myself in a month and see a change!
