Hello Everyone,
I Have always tried to lose weight, and i was doing great for about 3 months (lost about 30 pounds) Then life took a hold of me. Now i am under a lot of stress from school and life, Yet i want to look good and feel good about my body so i do not have to constantly have to look at myself in the mirror and hate what i see. I am very comfortable with myself, but i want to change, and i believe this is going to help immensely. My current weight is 249 pounds (down 2 pounds from last week!) and my goal is 150 pounds. I hope to find some great advice and support here!
