Welcome to the program! The first few days are going to be a struggle. About day 5 you'll feel amazing. You'll probably get a headache from carb/sugar withdrawls. Just put some salt in your hand and like it and drink lots of water.
Most importantly...don't cheat! It sets you backk at least 3 days!! If you have a urge to cheat, having another packet is better. You can also come to this board for support. Someone is always online. Also check out the daily chat. There's where people ask a lot of questions and provide support.
Be encouraged! If you follow the plan the fat will melt away! Took me two months to lose almost 30 pounds. I had surgery back in September and regained some, but back on board. I should have phased off prior to surgery :/
You are not only going to start looking great, but feeling great! Just stick with it! Dont forget to take a before picture. I am so glad I did. Now I look at before and after to keep me motivated! Best of luck!
Good Luck, you can do it. I'm only on day 10. I'm keeping the forum open on my desktop so I could check it frequently for questions and any concerns I had. This forum has been very helpful.
Like mommacita said it may be rough the first few days but around day 5 you should be feeling much better. just remember that is DOES get better, keep on the program and once the week is over you will be SOOOO happy that you did. Be kind to yourself the first few days, drink lots of water, have herbal teas, use the salt trick for headaches, my coach said I could have an extra packet the first week if I needed it. and come back here for support.

Welcome! You'll have ups and downs. Cherish the ups and expect the downs...(frustration etc)...but they pass...keep your goal in mind and stay 100% OP...it's how you get to the end the quickest and it just makes sense!!! Best wishes and welcome!!!
Hi there, I'm excited to be on this plan. I'm on day 6, and have lost about 8 lbs I'd like to lose anywhere between 80-100 lbs, depending how I look etc.
This board really inspired me to take on this program and I'm glad I did. Have a sweet helpful coach, food is pretty good and don't feel like I'm starving which is great.
Looking forward to taking this journey with you all
Keep your eyes on the prize... My only advise is to not worry about what others are eating... Because that what put you where you were... And while you are working on yourself. They don't a care in the world what they look like eating all that garbage... Be strong!!

Welcome and best of luck to both of you. Hang in there as the first week can be very challenging, but make that commitment to yourself and you will be feeling amazing once through the other side of carb withdrawal. It is incredibly worth it.
Welcome & good luck! I feel like my first day was just yesterday, the 2 months have really flown by. Anyway hang in for the next few days and it'll get SO much easier...and SO quickly rewarding! :-D
PS Definitely check the recipe threads soon--they really help, not just to keep your taste buds alive but with filling full.
