Hi from Central California
I just came across this site this evening and quickly found a posting that I totally connected with...so decided to join.
My top weight was about 295, 3 years ago and I am at about 243 now. Recently gave up soda (do have a few sips now and then) but I am sticking with flavored sparkling mineral water. Carbonated, a little flavor, but NO sugar or calories. Woo Hoo!
I've noticed that alot of postings have a bar, weight loss chart thing...where can I find that and add it to my profile.
