Default lost 6.5 lbs :D

Weighed myself today and I weigh 283.5 from 290 lost that in about a week I've been doing real good with my diet and walking at least 2 miles everyday some days 4 when I hit 280 I will have lost 100 lbs from my starting weight finally

I'm more happy about doing good with my eating and exercise than even the weight I lost I feel like I finally found a healthy way of eating that I can stick to for life the excersise is fun and doable daily also always had the hardest time sticking to things always off and on. Haven't felt like I've been starving bad or nothing all week. I can't wait to keep dropping weight at a steady pace for a change I would always lose 5 or 10 lbs then put it back on and have to lose the same ones over again so yeah excited to see what happens now

I have a whole new wardrobe waiting for me to lose the weight so I am very much looking forward to when I will fit in them all can't wait.

you should be very proud, losing weight isnt easy and the hardest part about losing is learning how to make them changes and stick with it! very proud of you and keep up th good work.

Great job!! and especially since you're doing it in such a way that doesn't always have you hungry. that's always nice, right? keep up the good work and exercise

Thanks so much you guys I am down to 279.5 now :O I can't believe how fast this is going. Yes ali I can't believe I am losing at this pace and still being able to eat fairly good. I feel like I need to go check other scales or something lol.
