Weighed myself today and I weigh 283.5 from 290 lost that in about a week I've been doing real good with my diet and walking at least 2 miles everyday some days 4 when I hit 280 I will have lost 100 lbs from my starting weight finally
I'm more happy about doing good with my eating and exercise than even the weight I lost I feel like I finally found a healthy way of eating that I can stick to for life the excersise is fun and doable daily also always had the hardest time sticking to things always off and on. Haven't felt like I've been starving bad or nothing all week. I can't wait to keep dropping weight at a steady pace for a change I would always lose 5 or 10 lbs then put it back on and have to lose the same ones over again so yeah excited to see what happens now
I have a whole new wardrobe waiting for me to lose the weight so I am very much looking forward to when I will fit in them all can't wait.
