Newbie From Oklahoma
Hello I'm not new to weight loss but I am new to this site. Currently I do the beach body programs and they are great. I've done insanaity, P90x, Turbo Fire and now Charlean Extreme. I walk 2 1/2 miles six day a week and I workout from my program five days a week. I just started my 90 day program 3/5/12 and I'm hoping to lose 30 lbs. Currently I'm 175 5'0", when I started my weight loss journey in 2008 I weighted 272 lbs. My life was hopeless so I felt until I found P90x and the beach body tools and it has totally changed my life. My calories are 1430 and I'm on my fitness pal. I love to give and receive encouragement.
