I need to lose 70lbs and I'm following the Ideal Protein diet to do it. I have to friends who lost 55lbs and 87 lbs, respectively. I am hopeful and glad to join all of you in the weight loss endeavor!

HI. I joined yesterday and already feel like I have learned some new things here. I am trying to lose 100lbs. I have read under the goal post where others have lost that and more. Can't wait to be posting there.

Today is Day of my journey following the Ideal Protein diet. Yep I am a little nervous, but I have faith in this one. I have at least 80 pounds to lose.
So let it begin...

My successful friends told me that the first 2-3 days are the hardest, then it is smooth sailing....here we go!!!!! Good luck to all of us!!!!!!!!!!
