Red face Newbie from Boston... and I'm fat too

Hi Ladies... I'm a fatty from Boston.. Struggling to loose the lbs. I put on from 2008. I lost about 60lbs and in 4 years I managed to go to 245lbs. I am ashamed of how bad I look , I get depressed as my guest bedroom closet has so many pretty clothes I cant fit into. I need a way back...

Welcome! WW works for a lot of people, but I find it too confusing and complicated. I like simple, so I go with calorie counting. Good luck in your journey!
