Hi everyone!
I'm new here, obviously, and ready to get to know everyone. To lend support and to receive some support in return.
I decided to start getting healthy the beginning of February. I started at 336 and am now at 328. I guess slow and steady wins the race.
I am doing weight watchers, as well as, working out 3-4 days. Elliptical, spin bike, recumbent bike, and swimming are my work outs of choice.
My first goal is 300 by the end of June. I know it's a stretch considering I'm binger (stress) and the weight doesn't seem to be going much of anywhere.
Slow and steady wins the race is my motto right now. I figured it took me years to put on this much weight, that it'll take just as much time to come off.
Enough about me, for now, can't wait to start getting to know everyone!
