Alcohol has that affect on us. I mentioned in another post that drinking makes me want carbs in the form of greasy deep fried potatoes and cheesy pizza....
Since you recognize what you've done, you can start by being mindful of how much alcohol you consume. Track it! Include the points from the wine. Drink lots of water and maybe even try to fit a workout in. As far as preventing a gain, that all depends on when/how often you weigh. If you weigh tomorrow, you'll likely see a gain. If you give yourself a couple days to cleanse, you might be good with a maintain.
The main thing is, don't beat yourself up if you happen to gain.
