Default Whey Protein or Soy Protein??

Does anyone know which protein we should be using? I am thinking about buying a tub to have on hand but not sure which kind to buy. Any input is greatly appreciated :-) Also been trying some of the alternate products (Proti-Thin/Proti-Diet) but not sure which kind is better to get because of the type of proitein

I read somewhere, if you have a thyroid issue then soy will slow the metabolism down. Is this true? I do have a slightly low thyroid and am suppose to be on meds for it but I ran out a month ago. I haven't been back to the Doc yet to get blood work done.

The ip products have both. I sometimes use a bulk whey protein. Make sure it is low in carbs.

I've been using this product for quite a while and love it. Tastes great. Low carbs. It seems, for me, to do well when trying to lose weight. I purchase it from iherb.

You can check it out...and see list of ingredients. The soy is NON-GMO, and that's a good thing when purchasing soy products. Scroll down for list of ingredients...take note that -

Calories = 70
Sugar = 0
Carbs = 2 g
Protein = 16 g

You need to add to cart to see the price that iherb is selling at.
