Hello! I'm checking in. Sorry I haven't been around much. But I have stuck with the workouts. I am on the last day of week 6 and I love my results thus far. I am definitely motivated and addicted to TF. I look forward to each workout. Something that has never happened before.

Today is Core 20/Stretch 40 which I will do later on this afternoon.

Teacher Sorry that you have a sore throat and not feeling well. I hope you are better tomorrow. I am in between #10 and #12 for upper body. Lower Body I will probably use the #15. Hopefully they don't end up being expensive door stoppers. :rofl: This is the first time that I have done a weight program and even liked it. I mostly HATE weights! :lol:

I went to the doctor about my hip pain I've had since Dec. I found out it's not my hip but a pulled ligament around my left pelvic bone. So I was told to rest some and move slowly back into exercising. So today just rest. :(

Teacher Aww, I'm so sorry to hear about your injury. :hug: Do you recall what caused it? Didn't you fall or something? I hope back up and feeling better soon. Do you think you could still walk for exercise or is that still a little much right now?

Diana- yes, it's from zumba. I guess I just go a little excited and pushed myself too hard.... I'll rest today and then if the weather is nice try a walk tomorrow.

I didn't get a workout in today. My mom has the stomach bug and I had to help her get things done before Spring Break.

Hi Everyone!

Teacher Day 2 of Mom's treatment went well. Tomorrow will be her Neulasta shot. That will complete the first round of treatment. She will have 2 weeks off and then it will start all over again. She is scheduled for 6 rounds like that. We had some good news today. They did a bone marrow test a couple weeks ago. It came back negative. Meaning there doesn't seem to be any Cancer in the bone marrow. Thank you so much for the prayers. :hug:

Unfortunately, I haven't been exercising the past few days, my ex boyfriend likes to play with my head, I've been a little depressed... :(


But, I got back on track yesterday by doing HIIT 30 Class. :)
Going to do Fire 45 today!

We'll the chiropractor is suggesting physical therapy for my ligament but my doctor said to take it easy so just going to give it more time. So no y :(

Teacher I hope the rest helps with your ligament. Are you stretching? I had problems one time from over stretching. I thought I was doing something good, but it actually made things worse.

And as much as I would LOVE to show my ex my Chalene moves at times, we're usually on good terms.. I do think about it though!! :rolleyes:

The Yoga Class I took yesterday was moderately challenging; I'm not very flexible. I think I overstretched some of my muscles and I'm very sore today!
Hopefully I can take it again though; it was fun.

TODAY: Either nothing, or take the dogs for a short walk - I'm SO sore!!!

Emily No. For some reason, I don't click with Chalene's weight workouts. I have no idea why, since I love her cardio. For weight work, I am doing 10 Pound Slim Down Xtreme. In general, I hate using weights. Ten Pound Slim Down Xtreme is the only program that incorporates weights that I have been able to stick to and like. Right now I am doing a TF/10 Pound Slim Down hybrid rotation. I have noticed that the #10 SD Xtreme program has really increased my endurance. I did TF 60 the other day and didn't even break a sweat. It felt like I didn't even work out.

Newbie Alert! Hello everyone. I started TF on Momday and on day 5 and I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. Today was Fire 55 EZ class and it kicked my butt. Just need some inspiration. Will I be able to get the sequence? I know I can do it, I'm just urghhhh!

Hi Bridgette!!!! Keep with it cause you'll get used to the routines. I love the workouts but I don't follow the schedule. I just pick one of the videos, go to the y, or do the elip or walk. I think it's just a personal decision.
