Hello everyone,

I am new to this site, and just introducing myself so I am not an unidentified lurker!

I live in the southern hemisphere, I am happily married (27th wedding anniversary coming up) the mum of 3, 2 adult daughters and a 15 year old son. I will be 50 this year.

I am 5'7" and in August 2010 I was 16 and a half stone, 231 pounds, 105 kg.

In September 2010 my world changed forever, it is a long story and maybe one I will tell sometime.

I am now 14 stone ish (it fluctuates, but its trending down) so about 196 pounds. I guess I am aiming for around 150 pounds.

So hello to you all, there is so much to read here, and you all seem such friendly and supportive folks, I am looking forward to 'meeting' you all.
