Have any of you ever tried the Run For Your Lives zombie 5k? It looks super intense! I am currently training to run a 5k in general, but one with obstacles and hordes of the undead sounds really intimidating!

sounds great! I'd love to do that - when I am able to run as now I would be the first one to be attacked.

Oh. My. Gosh. I *LOVE* it, I had never heard of this before. I hope they come to Florida. If they come to Florida, I'm doing it. In fact, I've just read every inch of their website and am going to workout with that goal in mind of being able to do it in case they come here next year!!!!!!!!!

I'm doing the one in socal in October!! SO excited!!

I'm also doing the tough mudder and devil dash.

Mud runs are better than regular 5ks and marathons, they aren't boring and you get to mix it up. Plus they give you beer at the end ;)

Sounds cool! It reminds me of the movie Zombieland, where the guy says, "Rule No. 1 - Cardio"

My husband, sister, and brother in law just registered for the Run For Your Lives in St. Louis in August. We are all very excited!! It is quite expensive (I wonder what they do with all the proceeds????). It looks intense but so much better than just running a straight 5K!

This is the whole reason I decided to actually try couch25k.
