Thumbs up Glad I chose WW!

Week one completed (even with cheating cause we were on vaca) and I am down four pounds! Definitely motivation to push harder and keep going with this!

Congratulations! I'm on week #3 and also loving it! I've managed to lose without starving myself or even feeling hungry.

How about your weekly points? Make sure you get lots of fruits and veggies in - you cant possibly go over with zero point foods!!

I have even gone over on the weekly points those weeks *hangs head in shame* it will boil down to giving into cravings (a coffee from DD) or if we eat out, I usually do good with eating out but on vacation I said damnit I want to enjoy my vaca, now I regret it! I am going away again this weekend for a romantic weekend away with hubby and am now thinking oh great, I can't even enjoy a few drinks guilt free *sigh* it eats away at me when I don't do well, and I am trying my hardest. I do snack on fruit more than veggies, perhaps that is part of my problem?

I am not expecting pity by the way lol cause I know where I have screwed up, I just need support and advice. I have never had such a hard time losing weight or sticking to a diet

well we are here for support! Whenever you go off plan, try to assess why it happened, and how you can fix it in the future.

Gobble up those zero point fruit and veggies!!

can't fruit be harmful in excess though, because of the sugar?

anything can be harmful in excess. But if you are choosing between eating lots of high point foods or eating lots of fruits with "better for you" sugar, I think you still are ahead by eating the fruit.

Try snacking on more veggies than fruit. Maybe that will help!

We all struggle but keep your head up. When you fall down pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get right back on track. And I have found that the fiber one 90 cal brownies and 90 cal bars are great at keeping me feeling full for a long time and on the old points system they are only 1 point. The only draw back is they give me gas lol. But its worth it. Good luck!!!!!

I'd suggest incorporating as many power foods as you can. The power foods tend to make you feel fuller longer. Maybe be sure you are pairing your fruit snacks with protein to make them more satisfying, like a light string cheese or two or some nonfat yogurt? Also, what bread choices are you making? Higher fiber foods are more satisfying, once you get used to them. White flour, refined carbs etc just tend to make me hungrier!
