Does anyone use Metabolife or other supplement with WW?
Hello all you fellow WW people-
I am having a horrible time with a very large appetite-ALWAYS hungry, doesn't matter how much water I drink, or how much protein I eat, I'm just plain hungry all the time, especially in the first few weeks.
Does anyone here use Metabolife or other appetite suppressant? Just wondering what your results have been.
I have tried supplements with ephedra in the past, but quickly discontinued them due to heart palpitations. My question is geared toward supplements without ephedra.
