Hi, first day on phase one and I'm following the foods, not so much the book.

Can I have an apple on phase 1? I know that fruit is banned, but it really helps keep me regular, if you know what I mean:o.
I would add a little PB with it to get some protein as well.

But really, is an apple a day going to jeopardize my weight loss?

Phase I should be followed to the letter if it is to be successful in reducing cravings. Try adding more beans and other legumes with plenty of water to keep you regular.

You can also use supplements like SF Fiber One pills or natural fiber supplements.

No fruit for 2 weeks if you want to be rid of sugar cravings!

I actually find all the veggies help keep things moving for me. And people swear by chia for the same thing.
