Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've been on here... About 4 months acutally.. I've had some ups and downs. I got down to my lowest weight yet ---153.. then we started looking for a house and my working out started to slack off.. I'm back at 156 which I can't be mad about. It's my own fault! I'm back at it though. I've worked out every day since Saturday.. and I plan on playing some games tonight on the playstation move while my husband is gone (I want to go running but it's too cold and rainy out) Some updates: I've signed up for a 5k and that will be in May. I've started training for it.. (i've only gone running 2 times but I'm already almost to 30 minutes per 5k) I've been doing a lot of zumba lately and now I've added some weight lifting into my program so hopefully I can tone up some
