Skinny Dip
The black pepper and hot sauce kick your metabolism up a notch. The Greek yogurt and walnuts are full of protein that'll help you stay fuller for longer.

1/2 cup of 2% Greek yogurt
1 tsp walnuts
Garlic (1/2 teaspoon)
Black pepper
1 tsp hot sauce
ETA: I also added some Italian Mrs. Dash

Mix all dip components and enjoy!

dumb question, would be suitable as a veggie dip? I'm trying to find dipping alternatives to Ranch...and hummus gets old after a while :)

for phase 1, I use it for dipping my veggies (instead of ranch).

I just started on SBD and I know this recipe is a year old lol, but I tried it today for my afternoon snack and it's delicious! I found it rather surprising, considering I hate the taste of plain yogurt. For anyone reading this, give it a try! :)
