Hello! I am gg1978.
I am currently 165 lbs and about 5 foot 3.
Most of my bulge is in my stomach. Its huge.
I get asked alot how far along I am! I am not pregnant
I have been at this weight for about 6 months.
Prior to that I only weighed about 130 lbs. And looked great.
I think stress has alot to do with my BIG stomach.
I have read stress releases the hormone cortisol that makes you big.
I feel I have alot of cortisol running through my veins.
I would have a great figure is I could remove my stomach and tone my upper arms.
What I cant understand is my weight gain did not increase my bra size a bit. My breast look smaller because of my big stomach. I wish that unwanted fat would go to my chest but it is settled in my upper and lower stomach area.
I am going to the mall tomorrow to buy a spanx it is time for it for sure!
