Hi.. I started IP on Wed. I have had a bad headache that even the salt trick doesn't work on .. Any suggestions??

I started Yesterday and had a brutal headache for most of the day! I reallythink it's just detox off all the sugar in my case. I've drank probably 80 extra ounces of water today and I think that's helped finally. Good luck, I hope you feel way better in the morning.

I also started on Wed. and had terrible headaches that I could not get rid of. The only relief I could get was by taking a nap.
I woke up this morning and .... no head ache. Hopefully yours will be gone today too. Hang in there and drink plenty of water.

Try a cup of hit tea / with one splenda - not decaf

I hope u feel better now. I had bad headache for 4 days nothing really helped. But after 4 days it is gone.

Yes I do!! The headache lasted about 4 days also and suddenly was gone ... Now i'm battling boredom and a major carb drive
