Beccajuanita Member Thread Starter Join Date: Jan 2011 Posts: 70	Wow :d I have not wanted to step on the scale since I started my diet again after a year, I weighd and I have lost 15lbs not on the diet. I know I could have lost more by diet and exercis, but I feel better knowing I didn't go backwards.
