hi all --

First, the good news: I've officially lost over 10% of my starting weight! Yaaaaaayyyy!

BUT -- sometimes I think "oh, yeah, now I just have to do this two more times," or "oh, yeah, but I still look so terrible." Why is it so hard to just celebrate the success? Anyone else have this tendency?

I'm the same way. But that's just our negative self-talk creeping in. Don't listen to it, you should be happy about your accomplishment. Besides, it's not the negatives that are going to keep us going and get us to goal, it's focusing on the positives that will carry us through the rough times.
