I found the forum after searching for something to do with medifast and have been stalking for awhile i thought i would join seems like a lovely bunch of people. Wavy!

I have been sick for many months with no resolve i have decided to take my health back in my own hands!

I had planned on doing the medifast via my chiropractor due to finances i was unable to do that i went looking for a cheaper alternative which guided me to your forum. However after watching Fat Sick and Almost Dead i was in tears because i can relate to being so sick. I started my veggie/fruit fast on feb sixth i have lost 18lbs and im transitioning into a regular diet mixture.

I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!

Welcome to the forum. I too was touched by Fat and sick and almost dead. I could not do the fasting but good for you for doing this and losing 18lbs. You are rocking.

Welcome to the forum, I am also new on here. Just started the IP program. I had my first WI yesterday. There is alot of good stuff you can find on here. And lots of information. Good luck.
