Hey everyone,
Thanks to those who gave me a healthy pep talk earlier last week about not worrying about the numbers on the scale, but how my clothes fit and what my measurements are. I really need to get out of that scale-bound mentality.
I just thought I would share a little NSV this morning. My husband finally NOTICED a difference on Saturday. Up until this point, he hadn't said much, but we were having a little "alone time" and when he put his hand on my thigh he stopped and was like "Woah, I can feel the muscle tone here."
YAY! That was just the encouragement I needed to just keep pushing forward with what I am doing. Maybe the scale isn't moving, but my body is changing for the better and that's all that matters
