Default Restart!

Hello everyone! This website was one of my most important supporters in loosing a 100 lbs. I started my life alternating diet in may 2010. Till about july 2011, i had lost over 130 pounds and was still very motivated to continue.

In september i moved to UK for further studies which i'm currently undergoing. When i came, i was very motivated and kept a check on my diet, however since the past few months, i can feel my body changing, gaining weight and just becoming more uncomfortable day by day. i make resolutions everyday and i end up breaking them. Gym, one week in a stretch and then none for weeks. My clothes which had become loose when i was coming here are becoming tighter and i tried very very hard to come from a 26/28 size to a 16/18. i cant bear to go on a 20 again. 150 lbs is my goal weight, and i don't know what i weigh at the moment as i have been too scared to get on the scale. I can feel a freshers 15 on me though. either way one can say 70 - 80 pounds i need to loose. Lets hope i can stick to it!

Welcome back! Good job in recommitting to your program before you gained it all back and then some.
Regaining happens to the best of us. Brush yourself off and get moving. Maybe start out by making weekly goals for yourself. This week I will - go to the gym 3 times a week, next week I will got to the gym 3 times a week and I will eat only healthier snacks.
