Default BeerFast Diet

A friend recently stated he was starting the "BeerFast Diet." He would drink a thick delicious beer for breakfast, a thick delicious beer for lunch, and pass out and not eat dinner. Wonder how that will work???

Well I'm sure he'd lose weight!

Have you heard of the Guinness Diet?

The Guinness Diet sounds interesting. I'd better not let DH see this...it could be too tempting!

Lol. It wouldn't matter what you drank if you only had two glasses and nothing more. Of course he will lose weight but I don't think it is safe and it definitely isn't a longterm solution!

Haha what an idea, sounds like he will end up being a thinner alcoholic. But then again, I highly doubt one beer would satisfy a craving for food. Especially since alcohol makes us want to eat more.
