I'm on Day 11 and have lost 5 lbs. I'm looking for support and encouragement. As a menopausal woman, the weight isn't falling off like it used to. I've been on an assortment of different programs...Weight Watchers, Quick Weight Loss, Fad Diets etc... Quick weight loss was the easiest for me, but I bought a Living Social deal with MRC and thought I would try it.
I have to say...I'm still hungry on this diet. So, it's a little discouraging. But I have a six week plan and hope to make it work for me.
I'm thrillied to be on day 11 because now I can eat more of a variety of foods. My biggest objection is the protein portion in some food categories. On Quick weight loss you could eat 6 oz. of Chicken as opposed to the 4 oz. w/ MRC I wasn't nearly as hungry.
