I forgot to weigh in last week. Today I am 177, two weeks ago I was 183.5, for a loss of 6.5 lbs. in 2 weeks, which is major for me.

139.8. Just outside my maintenance range of 140 to 145 lbs, but we're going out to dinner with friends at a food festival tonight, so I guess I overprepared a little. Can't complain.

Had a water/weight whoosh and was 186, now back down/up to 193 (which is lower than last week after I went up from my whoosh). Which feels good, but disappointed 186 didn't stick around. I'm not changing my ticker tho!! lol
