Me and the hubby are going to catch a movie tonight and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for that snack urge when your doing something where you almost have a treat of some kind? I'm already craving and can't stop thinking about bad food.

When I go, I "sneak" in chocolate soy puffs and my water bottle! Of course the popcorn smells DELICIOUS, but I am perfectly content with my puffs! ;)

I usually bring a bar or one of the snacks (ridges, puffs). Otherwise, just go and go straight into the theater and enjoy the movie. I am so used to going to the movies and not getting snacks, that it is just second nature now. I never get snacks now, and I usually don't bring one either.

I usually just bring my big bottle of water, but if you really want something crunchy I just tried the Apple Cinnamon puffs and they were amazing, plus you get a lot!

I brought a baggie of cucumber slices with me to the movies when I was only about 3 or 4 days in and I was just fine :) You will do great!

Thanks ladies. "One for the Money" was a great movie and only thought about snacks once or twice. Had some Gatorade Zero during the movie, which is sweet but has nothing in it and it really helped with the sweets craving.
