Quick hello
Hi, I am Lola and belong to another 12 step program. My issues with food have started to make my life unmanageable. Thankfully, as I was thinking of ways to get a handle on this I remembered there is an OA chapter in my community and that I can use the steps and tools to help my situation. This weekend I am going to my first face to face OA meeting. I look forward to gaining from others experience, strength and hope in this forum. Thank you for being here everyone.
