Default freezing zuccini

Can this be done? Should I cook and freeze or freeze raw? If I freeze raw, I would sautee after defrosting.

I cube or shred it, then freeze. When defrosted it's very watery, so you have to squeeze it and pat it dry before adding it to recipes.

Thanks Cottage. I ended up sauteeing all three I had; I'll be able to squeeze them in before I go away.
