Default February 2012 "On Plan Beauties" Daily Check In - Everyone's Welcome

Our main goal on this thread is to remain ON PLAN (or OP for short) whatever weight loss plan we're following. Everyone is welcome to join in (the more the better)! Let's all get February off to a great start and let's all have great results to report at the end of the month. WE CAN DO IT!!!

February 2012 Challenge:

1. Stay ON PLAN through the month of February. Lets all see if we can be OP for 29 days. Be sure to come here to the board if you feel like you are going to go off-course and need some support!
2. Set a weight loss goal only if you feel comfortable doing so.
3. Set a goal of how many days you’d like to do some form of exercise every week.
4. Set a goal of how many days you’re going to VISIT THE THREAD and check in with us. The accountability is important and a great way to stay on track.

Anything else you’d like to track here for the month, please do so! Feel free to track your daily eating, daily exercising...anything you'd like! We are here for each other because we're all here for a common goal: to be healthy, fit and happy!! Let's all have a great month!!

Default My Feb Goals

My goals for Feb are

1. Stay OP 29 days
2. Come as close to onederland as possible
3. Continue to workout at least 5 times a week (walking and The Firm)
4. Limit the junk food snacks
5. Work at drinking at least 6 waters each day
6. Have a weight loss each week.
7. Only weigh once a week

Yay February!
My goals are:
1. Be OP for the whole month!
2. Check in here EVERYDAY! please hold me to this ladies!
3. Work out in some form or fashion for 30 minutes everyday!
4. Stick to my carb and calorie cycling even on the weekends and superbowl Sunday!
5. Eat more whole foods and less processed stuff.

I can't wait till tomorrow! Happy February everyone!

Check in everyday
Strength training 3 days a week
Cardio 2-3 days a week

Cut out evening snacks
keep adding cardio + follow new workout rotation {see below}

Alright ladies. This is like my new years day. I set this date in my head a while back, and thus have been kinda lax the last few days. Enjoying my freedom so to speak. February 1 was in my head from new years day forward knowing that I had a lot of things still planned for January. I'm ready to rock!

i will weigh in on Wednesdays (weigh in Wednesday! woo alliteration!).

February 2012 Challenge.
1. ON PLAN for 25/29 days. There will be superbowl, cook outs, and valentine's day. i'm not putting my life on hold for those days

2. My weight loss goal is to lose 8 pounds.

3. Gonna try to visit the gym on a fairly regular basis. 4 weeks in Feb, let's say 4x per week, or 16 times for the month.

4. I will be here as much as I can. My problem is, I don't always feel like I have something worthwhile to say, so I just read.

5. Personal challenge: H2O like whoa! I plan on drinking 80oz of water per day, every day of Feb!

6. Personal challenge: ONLY weigh in on Wednesdays! The scale went from being my friend to being my enemy. I will not let the number dictate my days!

Good morning ladies,

I feel this is going to be a great month! My total loss last month was 5 pounds but I'm hoping that this month will be more. I would have lost more in Jan but I had a few bad days around the middle of the month that set me back. This month, I am challenging myself to stay 100% OP for the entire month and see where it gets me at the end of the month. I'm aiming for 2 pounds a week this month. I know that means that I have to limit the carbs but I am willing to do it. I'm just so ready to get out of the 200s.

I'm looking forward to hearing about everyone else's success this month too.

See that wasn't so bad, and you made me laugh!

Just got home from Bible study and lunch at Panera's. I wore my new smaller sized jeans today. Have some chores to do, then kickboxing; I also need to think of something to make for dinner.

Evening ladies. I did my 1st of the month weighin, and I was right, I was dehydrated when I did my Sunday weighin. I bounced back up a little so for the month of January I ended with a 7lb loss. I will definitely take that considering I've been all over the place and didn't have the best on plan month in January.

My goal weight for March 1st I'm going to give myself a range of somewhere between 180-185. I'm exercising different and now that I'm getting into a lower weight range I think I'm going to have to learn to expect smaller numbers for the most part.

My goals:

Drink more water

Eat more fresh veggies (Sonoma Diet style)

Do a little mini-exercise (maybe a short walk) even on the days I don't do a full workout

Reverse the weight gain of the last month by getting below 134 (starting at 137)

Gah! I have a high fever and an achy head. I have been sick several times in the last 2-4 months and while I understand that it comes with working with small children, I'm just tired of it! So now it is the first of the month and I already can't workout....I could scream at my immune system but I am afraid my head couldn't take it.

Kim: Congrats on the 7 lbs! It's amazing the effect that water can have! I never noticed it until I started trying to lose weight, but it makes all the difference in the world.

Mandy: I'm sure we would all love to hear from you! Dinner sounds delicious!

Gettin: I'm with you on the 100% OP for February! 5 lbs is great and I'm sure you will be in onderland soon!

Penguin: NOM NOM NOM Panera! My long lost love! Everything is so carbolicious there that I don't even walk past it in the mall anymore! I think if I can faithfully stick with my low carb cycling the entire month of February, I am going to have a chocolate chip bagel from Panera. Yep I definitely am going to do that. Great job on the workout, you really inspire me with your dedication!

I'm off to sleep ladies, hoping to feel better by the morning so I don't have to call out. Goodnight!
