Cool I have to get out of the 190s!!!

I have been in the 190s for the past months. I have fell completely off the wagon. However, I maintained my weight. I am back on track. I am aiming to lose 6lbs this week. I know I can do it if I exercise daily. I am more determined than ever. The day I see 189 on the scale, I will cry a river.

Same here!

I need to update my ticker and stuff cus I'm no longer in the 140's, but I just had a baby and gained a ton of weight. I'm at 194 right now after dropping 30 lbs.

What are you doing to lose weight?

I want out too and I'm so close I can taste it. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll see 189 by the end of this week.

I had a lot of success with low carbing before, especially after calorie counting and exercise alone wasn't enough and I stalled out.

I'm going to be low carbing again after this weekend. We have to do some grocery shopping first.

I am just counting calories and exercising. I KNOW I can do this!!! I just need to go to the grocery store. Congrats on the baby. They are a blessing but they can really mess up your body. Lol. They are worth it though.

I'm in the same exact situation!!! I did gain some weight back, but I never went back over 200. When I did weigh at the lower end of 190 I could not for the life of me get to 189. I saw it once and then it went back up. Right now I'm 197.6. You can do it. You might need to change things up every now and then so your body doesn't get used to it. You can do it!

I was out of the 190's for a while in December, but I'm right back in again. I'm jumping back on the treadmill tonight and am mentally planning my grocery list right now. Let's do this!

Wow!! Ladies, it's kind of a relief knowing its not just me!! I haven't been below 190 in so long. For me, it will feel like a bigger accomplishment than no longer being 200+. Today I finally broke the 198-199 streak I've been wavering between for the past three weeks. 196.5. It's progress!
