Medifast - Hello all. Ordered today.

I ordered the two week package to start. It will be my first time experimenting with this. How long do your shipments usually take to arrive? Any tips for first-timers?

The shipments can take 4-5 days sometimes, so be sure you plan ahead!

Tips:
- Read the materials thoroughly so that you understand the program, especially the Lean & Green components.
- Follow the instructions! Sounds silly to say, but a lot of people don't and then say it's not working.
- Drink the water you're supposed to.
- Don't go more than 3 hours without having a Medifast meal or the daily L&G.
- Expect to feel rocky for the first 3 days or so as your body adjusts.
- This is a low calorie program already, so don't try to eat less! For example, 6 ounces of chicken means 6 ounces--weigh and measure the L&G foods.
- If you need to have an extra shake because of hunger, have it without any guilt.

Thank you so much for the tips! I was worried about the adjustment period, too. You said about three days, is there any chance it could be longer? Because I have three to four days when I'll be at home so if it's hard on my system for only a few days, it should be okay.

I get my shipments in 2-3 days max. - but I'm in Maryland where the products ship from. I hear it takes longer for people who live on the west coast.

The adjustment period for me was 3 days, I think, with the first 2 being the worst (because of headaches) - but I was still able to work everyday.

I also receive my shipments quickly, because mine comes from MD and I live in PA. Also My first 3 day were a breeze, the 4th day was the hardest for me, but I just plugged through it..
